Making Cloud Telephony & Unified Communications Simple For You and Your Customers.

By Justin Powell – UC Sales Manager

Hi Westcoast Partners, my name is Justin Powell and I look after Cloud Unified Communications here at Westcoast.

My role is to help and guide you through the Westcoast Cloud UC offerings and getting the right solution for you and your customer. I have over 15 years in the Telephony industry and want to share the exciting things happening in the market place around Cloud Telephony and Unified Communications

                                                      The Cloud Opportunity

As of the 1st of August 2016, Microsoft have now launched their much anticipated Cloud PBX (Private Branch Exchange) platform that sits on the Skype for Business platform (formerly known as Lync) and have entered the UC telephony space with their own PBX offering.

For those who are not familiar with Cloud PBX it is a hosted telephone service in Office 365. It gives you both traditional and innovative PBX capabilities, but without the complicated and expensive equipment.

Every one of your customers will be using a phone system and treating it as a business critical service, from small businesses to global organisations: they all need and use voice.

Many of your customers will be using Skype for Business every day for calling other Skype for Business users for free and using key business features like Presence, Instant Messaging, Desktop Sharing and Video. These will now want to take the next step and use it as their Business Telephone System… So how can you find out more about howMicrosoft Cloud PBX and our UC Offerings we offer at Westcoast Cloud?

First things first, I’ve created a Comparison Matrix that gives overview of the different options available. You can download this here and if you have any questions please contact me on uccloudsales@westcoast.co.uk.

I also do webinars focused on Understanding Microsoft Cloud PBX and our other UC solutions, so get in touch with me to find out more.

The Cloud Telephony market is growing year on year and if you are not selling voice into your customer today then come and talk to me about how we can work with you as the opportunity is huge, and it’s a great product for increasing your monthly recurring revenues.

I look forward to working with you,

Justin
