It’s safe to say that, over the last 18 months, CSP through Westcoast has risen at an astronomical rate. Currently we’re transacting over 140,000 seats across 400 of our Resellers and this is growing on a daily basis. One of the reasons why we’re getting such a demand from Resellers is the Westcoast Cloud Marketplace – so I thought I’d tell you more about it.
The Westcoast Cloud Marketplace is an online platform that lets you self-provision your own licences without the need to send us orders. This feature can be accessed at any time, letting you be in complete control of your customers’ licence demands. Through the Marketplace, you can create brand new customers, invite existing Microsoft customers to the CSP platform, manage your licence types and much more! Add onto this upcoming features such as reporting and a built-in support system and you’ve got a comprehensive self-serving CSP portal.
It’s not just designed for Resellers either. If they feel comfortable, they can also give their customers logins to the Marketplace so that they can manage their own accounts. If they do this, the customer is given access to a customised portal that shows them only what you, the Reseller, want them to see. This is entirely down to the individual Resellers though, and we leave the choice of offering this feature down to you guys!
Currently, our Marketplace offers the ability to create and provision all Microsoft Services available through CSP (Office 365, Azure and Dynamics 365). We’re also implementing our attached services such as BitTitan and SkyKick, to let you have a one-stop shop for all of your cloud licensing needs.
